The cat fence kits are manufactured here in the US. Pieces are bent and cut from .065 wall tubular steel and black powder coated. The galvanized ground sleeve inserts are also custom made and have a drain hole in the bottom for rainwater; otherwise, they would freeze and expand in colder climates during the winter.
